Pound and Pour Workout Class

Join us here at the Market for a pound class from 6-8pm lead by Work it Out Fitness. What is pound you might ask? Pound is a combination cardio and strength class that incorporates the use of drumsticks. All participants will receive a complimentary adult beverage afterwards.
